Ezytuls Withdrawal Policy
Overview
This policy outlines the guidelines for withdrawing funds from Ezytuls. Customers can submit withdrawal requests at any time; however, funds will be transferred to the customer's designated bank account daily between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. A minimum withdrawal amount of ₹200 applies.
Withdrawal Eligibility
To be eligible for a withdrawal, customers must:
* Have a registered & active Ezytuls account.
* Have a sufficient balance in their Ezytuls account to cover the withdrawal amount.
* Have provided accurate and verified bank account details.
Withdrawal Process
* Initiating a Withdrawal Request: Customers can initiate a withdrawal request through the Ezytuls platform or mobile app.
* Verification: The system will verify the withdrawal request and ensure the customer's account balance is sufficient.
* Processing: Approved withdrawal requests will be processed daily between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
* Transfer: Funds will be transferred to the customer's designated bank account via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
Withdrawal Timeframe
* Withdrawal requests submitted before 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
* Withdrawal requests submitted after 4:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
Withdrawal Fees
Ezytuls does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, bank charges, if any, may apply and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Cancellation of Withdrawal Requests
Customers can cancel a withdrawal request before it is processed. To cancel a request, please contact Ezytuls customer support.
